I am here to share with you, my
experiences on Art of Delegation… before that let me ask

- How many of you have taken a flight from Delhi to say Bangalore? Or for that matter, travelled in train? I guess most of us.
- · How many of you dine out in a restaurant? I guess most of us.
- · How many of you have gone to pray for your good beings or to express your gratitude to a Church or temple or mosque. I guess most of us.
Let me ask, have we ever met the driver or
the pilot before we board a train or a plane, or the Chef before we dine or the
God before pray, answer in most cases I believe would be NO, yet we delegate, we delegate our travel to driver, our
dinner experience to chef and well being to God and so on, there can numerous such
examples?
What drives this delegation?
Our Trust! Trust forms the essence of Delegation, what then is the
basis of trust? How to build trust?
Trust would come from Delivery
and delivery would stem out of one’s Capability.
Therefore, Build Capability, Build Trust and Delegate for growth of yourself
and your team.
